Annealing treatment
Cooling to 700℃ slowly at a rate of 10℃/h under protective atmosphere of 850-900℃,then air cooling.
Strain relief
Keeping in 600-700℃ for 2 hours, and cooling to 500℃ slowly。
Quenching
Preheating in two steps under protective atmosphere, 400-500℃ and 850-900℃, and choosing the right temperature depending on the hardness and then cooling of austenite to40-50℃.
Tempering
560℃ 3 times, each time for at least 1 hour, cooling to room temperature after each tempered.
